Ginger Yogurt with Fruit
This 10-minute breakfast is rich tasting while giving you many healthy benefits. The ginger adds a delicious twist to the blend of banana and yogurt. Even though it is light, it will sustain you for quite a while.

Prep and Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients: ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt 2 large ripe bananas 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated 1 large Fiji Sunrise Solo Papaya 1 cup seedless grapes ¼ cup sliced almonds

Directions:
- Blend together yogurt, banana, and ginger in blender.
- Spoon out meat of papaya and divide papaya and grapes between two bowls.
- Mix with blended yogurt and top with sliced almonds.
Serves 2
Healthy Cooking Tips: For best flavor, make sure you use ripe bananas. Using two large ones makes this blend thick and rich.
